DONATION-BASED | Candlelight Yin Class

Unwind, restore, and reconnect under the soft glow of candlelight in this deeply nourishing Yin yoga experience. Through long-held, passive postures, we’ll gently open the body’s connective tissues and calm the nervous system, encouraging deep release and inner stillness.

Expect mindful breathwork, grounding music, and a tranquil atmosphere that invites reflection and healing. You’ll be guided through soul-soothing affirmations and offered gentle hands-on adjustments with therapeutic essential oils to support your energetic release and deepen your connection within.

This is a space to soften, to breathe, and to simply be. All levels welcome—no prior experience needed.
